10 Feb Holland Park Newborn Photographer | Sweet Adelaide

It’s always such a privilege to photograph friends, especially when they bring me such a beautiful and snuggly baby to cuddle! Little Adelaide is just so sweet. Those cheeks! She snoozed her way beautifully through her session, so I had to wait until she came back to the studio to see her photos for more cuddles.

The first set up we did was designed to match her gorgeous nursery colours of coral, watermelon, mint and gold. What a stunning colour scheme!

And for the gold? Adelaide’s parents chose this lovely gold frame to bring it all together and fit perfectly into her room. I had to hang it up for a quick photo in the studio before I sent it home. I love it!

I always tell my clients that they’re welcome to bring in personal items to try and incorporate into their sessions. I love how tiny Adelaide looks on her dad’s huge snowboard! I don’t think her first snow adventure will be very far away…

And it looks amazing on canvas!

Keeping the mint theme going, I was so happy to finally use this mini crocheted blanket that I made. The yarn was dyed and handspun by the lovely Niki from Shepherdess, and it is soooooo deliciously soft.

And my favourite… black and white newborn perfection! It’s such a delight to watch them grow, but couldn’t they just stay this little for a bit longer…?

A brand new family. So much love, and so much to look forward to. Congratulations Sam & Amanda, she is perfect.
